Standard orders are processed within 48 hours. All packages are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. We do offer expedited shipping through UPS 2nd Day and UPS Next Day Air, if you so desire. Because we ship using UPS we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes. During the summer months, shipping rates increase because we use ice packs and insulation to insure you receive our hand-dipped confections in pristine condition. Please note that we are not responsible for errors in addresses you provide. UPS often assesses a $10 address correction fee for misaddressed packages, which will be passed along to the customer if the address is not correct.
